Our Mission

The mission of Teacher’s Aid for Student Knowledge (TASK) is to financially support education within St. Johns County, Florida by making financial grants to various education specific programs. The primary implementation of this mission is the financial support of the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP).

Our board

Our current board of directors is composed of local St. Johns County residents, and business owners, each of whom desire to see our local educational institutions enriched and supported into the future. Current board members are: Rich Brooks (President), Michelle Skidmore (Vice President), Richard Waler (Treasurer), Feleshia Childress (Secretary), Geri Ferry, Cory Caplinger, and Steve Sivyer.

Through the organization’s direct support of the local RSVP program, thousands of students, teachers, and families have been impacted over the last three decades. We look forward to continuing to positively impact our community for another 30 years!

Our organization has been a fixture within the St. Johns County community for 30+ years. Not quite as old as the City of St. Augustine, but we are still proud of our longevity!

YEARS OPERATING CHOCOLATE & BEYOND

Chocolate & Beyond is one of our area’s longest running fundraisers. We provide an opportunity for locals and visitors alike to sample some of St. Johns County’s best sweet and savory cuisine.
